Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload or transmit malware, infringing content, or content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service or its outputs to build a competing product, or to train competing AI models.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”), including project work and messages to the AI tutor. You grant Aurilake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and use User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any User Content.

The Service may use third-party AI models to generate explanations, code, and other learning materials. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it, especially in professional, educational, or safety-critical contexts.

The Service, including all course content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks (excluding User Content), is owned by Aurilake or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google sign-in. Your use of those services is governed by the respective providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurilake disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurilake and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurilake harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurilake is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
